fantastic stay!

i really liked the helpful staff who allowed an early check-in. the hotel's location near the ferry to granville island was very convenient for me. there were also restaurants and a rooftop bar available on the premises, which i visited.
The room had a standing air conditioner that used a taped piece of plastic to seal the window. I believe better insulation would help.

The king room was very clean on arrival. It was a welcome area. corridors looked old though they were clean. the room included a well-stocked minibar with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

The rooftop bar offers city views. It's a must visit. the hotel provides a valet parking service, though i found it expensive! the gym includes three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights.

i want to mention that the hotel location is really convenient, it provides easy access to local attractions and public transport options. the rooftop bar was open and offered awesome views. the hotel gym features modern equipment, i saw treadmills and stationary bikes.
the room faced the highway, i found that a lot of light came into the room. the blinds did not close completely, i had difficulty blocking out all the lights. it made sleep difficult for me.

EVERYONE on staff provided friendly service. I was grateful for early check-in. The front desk provided helpful information. Staff offered transport to nearby locations. Breakfast was included. The menu had several choices available.

The room had TWO queen beds, comfortable. The bathroom had ample counter space and good lighting. Temperature controls worked well and maintained consistent comfort. There was also sufficient space for luggage and personal items.

Breakfast was NOT a buffet, but a choice of items from the menu. The coffee was strong and freshly brewed. The rooftop bar offered a variety of cocktails and had a lively atmosphere. There was seating both indoors and on an outdoor patio.

the room had newly designed furnishings, a corner location provided better privacy and the hotel offered secured parking under the building. staff was very diligent and cute. i found the location close to restaurants, made dining convenient.
